Nutrition Nook

Good nutrition is one of the cornerstones of health and well-being. Diet is especially important for growing children, the eating habits they learn now will help set the stage for robust health later in life. Proper nutrition is necessary for children to have energy, optimal brain function, muscle growth and development, strong immunity and stable emotional health.

Numerous childhood issues such as, eczema, allergies, ear infections, bed wetting, asthma and hyperactivity all have direct links to diet and nutrition. The good news is children can recover quickly, from any kind of imbalance, when their bodies are receiving the right nutrients, in the right amounts.   The nutrition nook is designed to provide parents with ongoing information and education related to food and how it can help your child achieve his/her potential.
